Patrick O’Keefe, Grow Michigan CEO, and Kenneth Kelly, Grow Michigan Board of Managers Executive Chairman, joined the NYSE on Thursday for their first Entrepreneur Bootcamp. Patrick and Kenneth hosted the final session of the event “A Discussion on The Importance of M&A” during which they discussed the importance of M&A to all sizes of business.

“As a seller you want to know as much as you can about your business, especially what it’s worth, to put yourself in the shoes of the potential buyer,” said Patrick O’Keefe.
